These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the AraboMind website, dashboard and API (together, the "Service"), operated by AraboMind ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the content you submit for analysis and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content you do not have the right to submit.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the underlying models without authorization.
• Use the Service in a way that disrupts its integrity or availability for other users.

API access

API access is provided subject to the usage limits and volume associated with your plan. We may throttle or suspend access that exceeds agreed limits or that we reasonably believe is abusive.

Intellectual property

AraboMind retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its models, software and documentation. You retain rights to the content you submit for analysis, subject to the license you grant us to process it in order to provide the Service.

Disclaimer

Sentiment, entity and topic results are generated by automated models and are provided for informational purposes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and results should be reviewed with appropriate judgment before being relied upon for material decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AraboMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
